Lead technical talent acquisition for a growing technology organization focused on innovation and team-driven success. In this role, you’ll own the full recruitment lifecycle for critical roles across Engineering, IT, Security, and Platform teams, ensuring a seamless and respectful candidate journey from first contact to offer close.
What You’ll Do
- Partner with department leaders and hiring managers to define team needs and shape hiring strategies that align with business goals.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment—from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer negotiation—across remote and onsite roles in the U.S.
- Develop proactive talent pipelines using diverse channels including LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and technical communities.
- Support scalability by refining recruiting processes in collaboration with the Talent Acquisition team.
- Conduct phone screens and coordinate virtual or in-person interviews, ensuring a consistent and positive experience.
- Extend offers and guide candidates through the closing process, balancing speed, fit, and budget considerations.
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and support hiring across other functions as needed, including G&A, Marketing, and leadership roles.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–7 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within high-growth tech environments.
- Proven success sourcing and placing technical software engineering talent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on collaboration and clarity.
- Ability to thrive in ambiguous settings and solve complex hiring challenges.
- A commitment to continuous improvement and strategic partnership within talent teams.

Preferred Background
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Mix of corporate and agency recruiting experience in technical domains.
- Familiarity with roles across Engineering, Finance, Operations, Marketing, and Support functions.
- Experience with applicant tracking systems such as Jobvite.
Work Environment
