This full-time, fully remote role supports union and association members by providing clear, accurate information about life insurance and supplemental benefits. You’ll respond to warm client inquiries, guide individuals through enrollment, and ensure they understand their policy options—all without cold calling or sales pressure.
What You’ll Do
- Engage with members who have proactively requested benefits details
- Explain coverage options with clarity and care
- Assist with enrollment processes and ongoing policy questions
- Follow compliant procedures using established systems and schedules
- Maintain required licensing and adhere to regulatory standards
What We’re Looking For
You must live in GA, AL, DC, FL, IN, MI, NC, OH, SC, TN, or VA and hold a current life insurance license. While prior experience isn’t required, we value reliability, professionalism, and a willingness to learn. You’re coachable, detail-oriented, and interested in building a sustainable career.
