MCI is hiring a Remote Bilingual Call Center Representative | Spanish-English

About the Role

Work remotely as a Bilingual Call Center Representative, providing professional support to clients across industries in both English and Spanish. You'll manage inbound and outbound calls, address customer inquiries with empathy, and deliver timely, accurate resolutions in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer calls with clarity and care, identifying needs and offering effective solutions.
  • Use internal platforms to update customer accounts, process requests, and maintain accurate records.
  • Follow established procedures to ensure compliance and consistent service quality.
  • Escalate complex cases to supervisors when needed, ensuring seamless support.
  • Protect sensitive information and adhere to data privacy standards.
  • Stay up to date with product knowledge, system changes, and training materials.
  • Meet performance benchmarks such as first-call resolution and customer satisfaction ratings.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish, written and spoken.
  • Typing speed of at least 20 words per minute with strong data entry skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications.
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection (20Mbps or higher download speed).
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Customer-focused mindset with patience and adaptability.

Preferred Experience

One or more years in customer service, technical support, inside sales, chat support, or administrative roles within a contact center environment is a plus.

Technology Used

Microsoft Office Suite, Windows applications, and proprietary internal systems for account management and service tracking.
