Role Overview
As a Premier Reservation Manager, you’ll oversee end-to-end booking services for premium clients seeking luxury travel experiences. Your primary responsibility will be managing requests for hotels, transportation, and curated excursions across international destinations, ensuring every detail aligns with client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Process and fulfill client requests for accommodations and travel-related services worldwide
- Prepare customized commercial proposals based on individual needs and preferences
- Research and secure suitable lodging and supplementary services such as transfers and tours
- Directly negotiate pricing, booking terms, cancellation policies, and payment conditions with hotels and service providers
- Provide ongoing support for existing reservations, including modifications, relocations, and cancellations
Qualifications
You should have solid experience in travel services—such as tour operations, concierge agencies, or travel management—with a strong grasp of hotel networks in Russia and popular regions including Europe and Asia. Fluency in both English and Russian (spoken and written) at an upper-intermediate level is essential. Personal qualities like empathy, resilience under pressure, and a courteous, responsible approach are critical for success in this role.
Work Environment
This is a fully remote position with a rotating schedule of two consecutive workdays followed by two days off, operating between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. GMT+3. You’ll need a reliable computer and a working microphone to perform duties effectively.

Compensation
Base salary of 800 EUR per month, with the potential to earn an additional 200 EUR in performance-based bonuses.
