Socure is hiring a Senior Recruiter, GTM to be a strategic partner in scaling our business. In this high-visibility role, you will apply your expertise to attract and hire top talent across all levels and functions, ensuring an exceptional experience for candidates and hiring managers alike.
What You'll Do
- Lead and execute full-lifecycle recruiting for roles at all levels, from discovery through successful close.
- Design and implement data-driven sourcing strategies using research, market insights, and creative outreach.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, aligning sourcing plans with business needs.
- Ensure a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience through proactive communication and a service-oriented approach.
- Use structured recruiting methodologies, leverage ATS platforms like Greenhouse, and drive best practices in pipeline management.
- Continuously improve recruiting processes with Talent Acquisition and People Operations teams.
- Support TA initiatives, including employer branding, documentation, diversity efforts, and team training.
- Build a strong market presence and network, fostering relationships with industry professionals.
- Model Socure’s Leadership Competency Framework through active listening, two-way communication, and team support.
- Embody flexibility, proactively evolving recruiting practices to meet dynamic business needs.
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to talent strategy, DEI, and planning efforts.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- 5-8+ years of experience leading recruitment searches across Go-to-Market functions.
- Expertise in structured recruiting methodologies, ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse), and various sourcing tools.
- Demonstrated project management skills and a continuous improvement mindset.
- Ability to manage complex searches, tracking milestones, timelines, and outcomes.
- Intellectual curiosity and drive for ongoing professional growth.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a commitment to clarity and integrity.
- Experience interpreting recruiting analytics and leveraging data for evidence-based decisions.
