Role Overview

As a Senior Recruiter, you’ll lead end-to-end hiring across technical and business functions within a rapidly evolving fintech environment. You’ll work directly with hiring managers to define needs, build strategic talent pipelines, and deliver a seamless experience for candidates from first contact to offer stage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment from initial role scoping through to offer negotiation and close
  • Manage concurrent openings across diverse functions, including engineering, product, and operations
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align hiring goals with business priorities
  • Source proactively using LinkedIn, job platforms, employee networks, and direct outreach
  • Conduct candidate interviews and coordinate assessment stages with hiring teams
  • Deliver a consistent, respectful, and efficient experience for every applicant
  • Maintain accurate data on candidate progress and recruitment performance
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen hiring workflows and selection standards

What You Bring

  • At least four years of hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment
  • Proven success hiring for both technical and non-technical roles
  • Strong track record of building candidate pipelines through diverse sourcing methods
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Organized approach with attention to detail and measurable outcomes
  • Fluency in English (B2 or higher) for cross-border collaboration
