Plata Card is looking for a Senior Recruiter to own the full hiring cycle in our fast-paced, international environment. You will partner closely with hiring managers to support company growth by managing recruitment across a variety of functions.
What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end recruitment from intake meetings and sourcing through to offer closure.
- Manage a diverse pipeline of vacancies across both IT and non-IT functions.
- Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, timelines, and hiring strategy.
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct search.
- Conduct interviews and coordinate the entire selection process.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout all stages.
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate pipeline reporting.
- Support and improve recruitment processes, workflows, and hiring best practices.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
- Experience hiring for different types of roles, both IT and non-IT.
- Strong sourcing skills and the ability to build candidate pipelines proactively.
- Effective stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- A structured, organized, and results-driven approach to hiring.
- An Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level of English for work in an international team.
