Role Overview
As an Inside Partner Sales Representative – Focus Partner, you’ll play a key role in expanding our channel sales network by working directly with Focus Partner sellers. Your focus will be on building lasting relationships, increasing partner engagement, and supporting the successful promotion of our ransomware-proof backup storage solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Focus Partner sellers to uncover and develop new sales opportunities.
- Expand the network of active reps promoting our solutions through targeted outreach and support.
- Lead partner enablement by delivering product training, resources, and updates to both sales and technical teams.
- Support the sales cycle with demos, deal registration, quote preparation, and timely follow-up.
- Ensure CRM records are up to date to maintain visibility and momentum across deals.
- Work alongside internal sales teams in Alpharetta three days per week to align strategies and execution.
- Coordinate with the assigned Focus Partner team to implement growth initiatives and track progress.
Qualifications
We’re looking for someone with:
- At least two years of inside sales experience, preferably in a two-tier distribution model.
- A history of meeting or exceeding sales goals consistently.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to set clear targets and track partner performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive, energetic approach to work and a self-starter mindset.
A bachelor’s degree is preferred, though equivalent experience will be considered.
Work Environment
This is a hybrid position based in Alpharetta, requiring three days per week in the office with flexibility for remote work on other days. The role supports a collaborative, innovative culture that values ownership, transparency, and inclusive teamwork.
