Drive Customer Success Through Technical Leadership

As a Technical Account Manager (Technical Advisory), you’ll play a key role in helping enterprise accounts in Sydney or Melbourne fully leverage AI-driven code quality and security solutions. Your focus will be on advancing technical maturity, ensuring smooth integration into development workflows, and positioning the platform as an essential component of the software delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Guide customer teams to adopt and expand their use of the platform, increasing technical maturity and reducing the likelihood of service reduction or non-renewal
  • Identify technical challenges and adoption barriers through active listening, then develop and execute plans to resolve them
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor, maintaining alignment with product roadmaps and communicating upcoming value to stakeholders
  • Support internal advocacy by empowering existing sponsors and onboarding new development teams to the ecosystem
  • Educate engineering and management teams on the benefits of static analysis and continuous code quality improvement
  • Conduct regular technical audits and Quarterly Business Reviews to assess deployment health, identify gaps, and recommend improvements
  • Collaborate with sales teams to shape account strategies, combining technical insights with commercial objectives
  • Represent customer needs internally, highlighting product gaps and contributing to long-term development priorities
  • Maintain deep expertise in the platform’s evolving capabilities, including AI-assisted coding tools and verification agents

What We’re Looking For

  • Minimum of five years of hands-on experience in software development or DevOps environments
  • Proven background in customer-facing technical roles, either pre- or post-sales
  • Strong ability to interpret customer needs, abstract complex issues, and communicate solutions clearly
  • Exceptional presentation and written communication skills
  • Self-directed with a proactive mindset, capable of managing initiatives with minimal oversight
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement
  • Team-oriented, with a track record of knowledge sharing and collaborative problem-solving

Technology Environment

You’ll work directly with tools including SonarQube, Sonar Foundation Agent, SonarSweep, and AI-powered coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Gemini, Devin, and models like Claude Code and Codex. Your expertise will help customers integrate these into secure, scalable development pipelines.
