Transwestern is hiring a Senior Property Manager

Lead and manage the full lifecycle of commercial property operations with a focus on performance, accountability, and service delivery. As a Senior Property Manager, you will direct daily building functions, supervise staff, and ensure adherence to management agreements, regulatory standards, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee property inspections on weekly, monthly, and annual schedules, aligning with internal best practices and client-specific requirements
  • Develop and monitor operating and capital budgets, track financial variances, and manage CAM reconciliations to support accurate recovery processes
  • Lead vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance oversight in compliance with procurement policies
  • Supervise construction and tenant improvement projects from planning through completion, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
  • Coordinate with accounting and ownership teams to maintain contractual and financial alignment
  • Deliver timely, accurate reporting and support client communications during meetings and strategic reviews
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, leasing teams, and external partners to support retention and satisfaction
  • Train and develop team members, promoting a culture of growth, accountability, and collaboration
  • Represent the property with authority and professionalism across all communication channels
  • Stay engaged with industry networks such as BOMA to track market trends and identify growth opportunities

Qualifications

Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, along with a valid State Real Estate license. A minimum of seven years of property management experience is required, including at least three years in a supervisory role overseeing teams of three or more. Experience managing Class A commercial office properties is essential.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required. Familiarity with property management systems such as MRI, Yardi, or CTI, and tools like Angus, is strongly preferred. Designations such as CPM or RPA are a plus.

Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, discretion with sensitive information, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Excellent communication abilities and a commitment to service excellence are critical.

Work Environment

This is an onsite position based in Midland, TX. Remote or hybrid arrangements are not available. Daily presence on-site supports responsive operations, direct tenant engagement, and real-time decision-making.
