What You'll Do
Lead the day-to-day management of commercial properties, ensuring all operations align with client agreements, legal requirements, and industry standards. Direct property staff through hiring, training, and performance oversight to maintain efficient and professional site operations.
Develop and monitor annual operating and capital budgets, analyzing variances and managing cost recovery processes including CAM reconciliations. Oversee vendor procurement, contract negotiations, and compliance with established protocols to ensure service quality and financial accountability.
Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate construction projects, ensuring work is completed on time and to specification. Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, clients, and internal teams, maintaining clear communication and strong relationships across all levels.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Valid State Real Estate license required
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial property management, with focus on Class A office assets
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience managing teams of three or more
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with strong analytical skills in financial reporting and budget variance analysis
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities under pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to customer service and team development
Preferred Qualifications
- CPM or RPA designation, or progress toward completion
- Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Angus, MRI, Yardi, or CTI accounting systems
