Directive Consulting is hiring a Senior Programmatic Manager to own the strategic management and execution of programmatic advertising for our clients. In this client-facing role, you will create custom strategies, build and optimize campaigns across Display, Native, Video, and Audio channels, and communicate results to clients and internal stakeholders.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate with internal teams to create comprehensive media strategies aligned with client objectives.
- Leverage first-party and third-party data for precise audience targeting and segmentation.
- Develop and implement programmatic campaigns across Demand-Side Platforms (DSPs) such as DV360, The Trade Desk, and others.
- Continuously monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve performance and pacing goals.
- Generate and analyze performance reports to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Quickly identify and resolve issues related to campaign performance and delivery.
- Work closely with creative, analytics, and account teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on campaign performance and strategy adjustments.
- Present campaign plans, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to clients.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of proven experience in programmatic roles at publishers, advertising agencies, or ad tech companies.
- Hands-on expertise in media buying: building and optimizing campaigns in DSPs.
- Proven track record in Programmatic media planning, buying, and building measurement frameworks to evaluate campaign success.
- Strong understanding and perspective of how programmatic and other channels (both paid and organic) work together to holistically surpass client KPIs.
- Strong cross-collaboration skills, both within the organization and externally (client-facing), with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Solid analytical ability, exceptional attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset, capable of balancing multiple projects effectively.

- Bonus B2B experience.
- Preference for experience in TTD and DV360.
- Experience successfully driving programmatic growth across clients in the B2B/SaaS landscape with budgets over $50k/month.
