Vanta is looking for a Partner Enablement Manager to help shape and build out our partner enablement strategy. You'll play a crucial role in supporting the onboarding and ongoing enablement of our channel and partner community, ensuring partners are well-equipped to succeed and effectively represent Vanta's products.
What You'll Do
- Create, implement, and manage comprehensive enablement programs that provide partners with necessary training and resources to drive mutual growth.
- Develop materials, training sessions, webinars, and workshops tailored to partner needs and tiers.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new partners to ensure a quick and effective ramp.
- Provide ongoing training to help partners stay current with product updates and enhancements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and update sales collateral, product guides, playbooks, and other resources for partners.
- Be the point of contact to enable and educate internal Vanta GTM teams on channel selling and co-selling strategies.
- Support the enablement of Channel Managers.
- Establish KPIs to monitor and measure the effectiveness of enablement programs.
- Use data-driven insights to refine enablement strategies and enhance partner productivity.
- Create rewards and incentives for partners to achieve onboarding and enablement milestones.
- Ensure seamless communication between the company and its partners.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure partners have the latest information on product updates, promotions, and strategic initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Partner/Channel enablement
- Proven experience in developing and delivering effective training programs, both in-person and virtually for external communities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in tracking and reporting on key performance metrics
- A bias for action and ability to operate with resilience
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in multiple geographies
- Ability to build strong relationships at all levels of the organization
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to engage and educate diverse audiences

- Commitment to driving continuous improvements
Nice to Have
- Experience preferably at a high-growth startup
- Expertise in using Partner enablement tech including PRMs (Impartner), LMS (Workramp, Docebo) Content Management Systems (Seismic, Highspot) and Knowledge Management Systems (Guru)

Base pay ranges provided for all US-based roles, benchmarked against similar-stage growth companies. Final offer varies based on candidate location, skills, experience, and credentials.

This position is remote, open to candidates in SF, NYC, London, Dublin, or Sydney.
