Secfix is looking for a Founding Sales Development Representative (SDR) who speaks German to pioneer our demand generation engine. You will be a core member of the GTM team, taking full ownership of the lead generation cycle and helping to build the scalable systems and playbooks that drive our growth.
What You'll Do
- Own the full lead generation cycle – from identifying target accounts to qualifying and nurturing high-potential opportunities.
- Use tools like Sales Navigator, Clay, and HubSpot to streamline your workflow and build a high-converting pipeline.
- Book and prep discovery meetings that set the stage for smooth, high-quality handoffs to sales.
- Design, test, and optimize outbound campaigns, using data to continuously improve performance.
- Deliver key insights and metrics directly to the CEO, influencing top-level strategic decisions.
- Define, implement, and refine GTM processes and automations to build a scalable, high-performing function.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to translate market learnings into product and GTM enhancements.
- Help architect the GTM engine – building the strategy, systems, and playbooks that will scale with our growth.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent English and German (C2 level).
- 0.5–2 years of experience in sales, operations, business development, GTM, VC, or a fast-paced startup (relevant internships count).
- You love building relationships and systems and aren’t afraid to pick up the phone or hit “send” on a bold email.
- You are naturally empathetic and curious – you love learning about people and their problems.
- You thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and take full ownership of your work—from ideation and execution to analysis.
- You want to build and improve outreach strategies and add structure in a small team.
- You are creative and proactive – always looking for ways to stand out and test new approaches.
- You’re tech-savvy, eager to explore new GTM tools, and motivated to become a true go-to-market expert.
- You have excellent written and spoken English and German skills and an exceptional feel for language and messaging.

Work Mode
