Directive is hiring an Organic Growth Lead (Remote Mexico) - Future Opening

About the Role

Directive Consulting is seeking an Organic Growth Lead for a future opening. This is a crucial, client-facing role focused on our Enterprise clients. You will be responsible for creating and managing custom client strategies, acting as the main client interface, and deeply understanding the service line's impact on holistic marketing success.

What You'll Do

  • Create custom strategies and implement best practices for clients to achieve their NSMs.
  • Use project phase, client marketing goals, campaigns, and historical performance to build and optimize strategies.
  • Craft creative briefs and compelling content campaigns based on competitor and audience insights.
  • Set client goals using data from Google Analytics, CRM, SEMRush, and Ahrefs, with approval from the Associate Director.
  • Manage projects using Asana, delegating tasks to team members and clients, ensuring timely completion.
  • Partner with Project Managers (when present) to ensure task creation, assignment, and communication.
  • Work closely with content writers and designers to complete content campaigns on time and to client standards.
  • Build relationships with clients, acting as the main interface and proactively communicating via Slack and meetings.
  • Proactively communicate with internal leadership about roadblocks, growth opportunities, and client changes.
  • Report to clients bi-weekly on NSM progress and deliverables, plus monthly, quarterly, and bi-annual business reviews.

What We're Looking For

  • A proven track record of success implementing SEO principles and content strategy: keyword research, on-page optimization, and link building.
  • Analytical insight: ability to analyze website traffic and SEO metrics using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Strong communication skills: comfortable client facing and owning relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong familiarity with industry tools: Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog/crawling tools.
  • Proven organizational, project, and time management skills.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for digital marketing, SEO and Content.
  • Must have agency experience.
  • Must have B2B tech and/or SaaS experience.

Team & Environment

You will work closely with an Associate Director (AsD) for strategy approval and guidance. You will partner with Project Managers, content writers, and designers, and report directly to the Associate Director.
