Phantom is hiring a Senior Product Marketer to lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns across all our product work streams. You will be responsible for defining product positioning and messaging, analyzing market trends, and working cross-functionally to ensure successful product launches and customer adoption in the crypto space.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute go-to-market campaigns for new products and features, including target audience identification, creative brief development, and performance reporting.
- Translate technical features and use cases into audience-specific benefits that clearly articulate the product's value proposition.
- Work with growth and design teams to develop marketing assets like videos, static assets, social posts, and blog posts.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and prioritize opportunities, projects, and processes.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years experience as a full-time Product or Content Marketer.
- Proven track record managing all aspects of successful marketing campaigns for products used by millions of users.
- Excellent communication, storytelling abilities, and understanding of marketing principles and digital tactics.
- Creative thinking to develop innovative marketing strategies and content.
- Passion and demonstrable knowledge in web3 and crypto, ideally using dApps like DeFi or NFT marketplaces regularly.
- Data-driven mindset, comfortable interpreting data to generate insights and inform creative decisions.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
