As VP of Product Management, you will define and drive the long-term direction of the company’s analytics platform. You’ll shape product vision across key areas—Traffic, Labs, and Asset Protection—by grounding decisions in direct customer insights and market trends. Your leadership will shift the organization from reactive to proactive product development, ensuring strategic alignment across teams.
What You'll Do
- Engage directly with customers to understand their workflows, pain points, and tool usage, using these insights to guide roadmap decisions
- Join sales discussions and product demonstrations to model customer-centric behavior for your team
- Listen to objections, competitive comparisons, and feedback in real time to refine product strategy
- Monitor industry shifts, emerging technologies, and competitor moves to anticipate market needs
- Live in the product—use it regularly to identify strengths, friction points, and opportunities
- Strengthen relationships with engineering teams by demonstrating deep product knowledge and customer empathy
- Mentor and grow current product managers while recruiting talent committed to customer-first principles
- Establish clear ownership models so product managers can lead with accountability
- Encourage broad team participation in customer conversations and sales support
- Collaborate with engineering leaders across time zones, including in Europe, to align execution with vision
- Partner with sales leadership to improve customer acquisition and retention
- Create constructive alignment with engineering—balancing ambition with feasibility
Requirements
- Proven experience leading product management in B2B software environments
- Background developing applications for non-technical business users
- Strong customer-facing presence with genuine interest in how customers work and what challenges they face
- Skill in influencing across organizations, especially technical teams
- Exceptional communication abilities, written and verbal
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior executive or leadership team experience
- Familiarity with retail technology (valuable context, though not required)
- Entrepreneurial background, including founding a startup—even if it didn’t scale
- Experience with SaaS platforms
