Jobgether is hiring a Senior Product Manager - Escrow/Title to define and drive the strategic roadmap of our leading SaaS platform in the PropTech and MortgageTech space. You will lead initiatives leveraging AI-powered technology to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency, acting as the bridge between business goals and technical execution.
What You'll Do
- Define and lead the product strategy and roadmap, focusing on innovation, growth, and continuous improvement.
- Drive the integration of advanced AI technologies to optimize platform performance and user experience.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, marketing, operations, compliance, and support) to deliver top-quality SaaS products.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insights to identify opportunities and prioritize product enhancements.
- Manage product releases, go-to-market strategies, and post-launch performance analysis.
- Create detailed user personas and requirements documentation to align product features with customer needs.
- Oversee and prioritize escalations or critical customer issues, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Track industry trends and innovations to forecast performance and maintain product leadership.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS product management.
- Demonstrated success in product innovation and cross-functional project management.
- Proficiency in analytical tools such as SQL, Power BI, and Excel.
- Solid understanding of UX design principles, experimentation methods, and data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to balance customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
