Stedi is hiring a Technical Product Manager to own one of our products end-to-end. You will be pivotal in shaping requirements, driving prioritization, and working closely with engineering to execute on the roadmap. This role is for someone who thrives in ambiguity, translates complex customer needs into actionable direction, and relentlessly pursues product performance and quality.
What You'll Do
- Own the product roadmap for substantial portions of our healthcare clearinghouse offering.
- Report directly to the CEO and work closely with the Head of Engineering to develop product direction.
- Be the primary author of complex, technical product and business documents (e.g., PR/FAQs, BRDs, GitHub tickets).
- Work with our healthcare customers to gather feedback and requirements and translate them into actionable product.
- Collaborate with our design team on mockups and wireframes, and our engineering team to prioritize and deliver features.
- Measure product performance to track adoption and identify areas of investment.
- Own metrics related to product adoption and engagement.
- Support other product initiatives, helping to advance Stedi’s overall product suite.
What We're Looking For
- Substantial product management experience at a healthcare B2B software company with a track record of delivering successfully-adopted UI and/or API products.
- Established, demonstrable track record of driving product adoption and managing a product roadmap.
- Ability to translate complex customer requirements to a highly technical audience.
- High curiosity; not satisfied with getting something to work, you want to understand why it works and how to make it high quality.
- Ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment and lean on automation to eliminate toil.
Nice to Have
- Experience working in healthcare, specifically revenue cycle management, at a digital health provider, or EHR / practice management system.
