Jobgether is hiring a Project Manager to lead, plan, and execute complex projects, particularly within cloud-based CRM and contact center solutions. This remote role partners with cross-functional teams to guide initiatives from conception to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and client expectations in a fast-paced, consulting-driven environment.

What You'll Do

Develop and manage comprehensive project plans detailing tasks, timelines, dependencies, and key deliverables.
Engage cross-functional stakeholders to ensure project alignment and seamless execution.
Manage Scope of Work (SOW), monitoring deliverables, budgets, and timelines.
Lead Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Oversee resource allocation, workload balancing, and timesheet approvals.
Monitor project risks, maintain risk logs, and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
Establish and maintain clear communication with stakeholders, providing status updates and expectation management.
Collaborate with development, design, and implementation teams to ensure understanding of functional and technical deliverables.
Ensure adherence to SDLC and DevOps best practices throughout project delivery.
Foster a consultative approach, understanding client needs and guiding teams toward successful outcomes.

What We're Looking For

6+ years of experience as a Project Manager, ideally in Agile environments.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall.
Experience managing IT consulting projects, particularly in SaaS or CRM contexts.
Expertise in SOW management, workload estimation, tracking, and reporting.
Hands-on experience with Jira, Asana, Rally, or ClickUp for project tracking.
Strong stakeholder engagement skills with consulting experience.
Excellent problem-solving, adaptability, and proactive mindset.
High emotional intelligence and effective communication across organizational levels.
