Rula is looking for a Staff Product Manager - AI to launch AI-powered features that transform the patient experience in mental health care. You'll explore how AI can support patients before, during, and after care in partnership with their human therapist. This role partners with clinicians, designers, data scientists, and engineers to prototype and test AI solutions, ensuring clinical standards are met.

What We're Looking For

7+ years of product management experience.
2+ years in lead-level roles building user-facing AI features.
Strong execution and delivery skills: ability to scope MVPs, align stakeholders, and ship quality products in ambiguous 0 → 1 environments.
Successfully led the development and launch of 0 → 1 products and had those products achieve significant adoption and engagement.
Excellent communication skills, especially in translating clinical and technical concepts into actionable product frameworks.
Experience managing highly cross-functional teams that include subject-matter experts and clinical leadership.
Ability to summarize tradeoffs and make clear decisions in ambiguous situations.

Nice to Have

Experience with core AI/ML technologies (e.g., prompting, RAG, and evaluations).
Demonstrated ability to set a holistic product vision while executing iteratively.
