As Product Manager for AI Solutions, you will guide the end-to-end development of 'Student Assistant', a customer-facing AI tool designed to enhance learning experiences. Reporting to leadership in Data & AI and Product Management, you'll define the product's strategic direction and ensure alignment across diverse stakeholders in a multinational organization.
What You'll Do
- Define and maintain the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for AI-driven features, ensuring alignment with both market demands and organizational strategy across multiple regions
- Lead collaboration between engineering, data science, legal, content, commercial teams, and country units to deliver integrated, high-quality product outcomes
- Manage the full product lifecycle—from discovery and prioritization to launch and iterative improvement—ensuring timely delivery and market readiness
- Break down strategic objectives into actionable epics, features, and user stories, maintaining clarity and focus for technical and business teams
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to support agile execution
- Use analytics, experimentation, and user research to inform decisions and optimize product performance and user engagement
- Advocate for responsible AI practices, embedding data privacy and ethical considerations into every stage of development
- Communicate progress, risks, and trade-offs clearly to senior stakeholders across functions and geographies
Requirements
- Minimum of five years in product management or product ownership for digital, customer-facing products
- Proven track record managing complex products in matrixed environments with diverse teams and competing priorities
- Experience coordinating product launches across technical and non-technical domains such as legal, content, and commercial operations
- Demonstrated engagement with AI technologies—through shipped features, formal education, or hands-on exploration
Preferred Qualifications
- Direct experience with large language models, APIs, recommendation engines, or adaptive learning systems
- Background in A/B testing, experimentation frameworks, or data-driven optimization
- Prior work in educational technology, digital learning platforms, or B2C products with broad user impact
Work Mode
This role operates in a hybrid model, requiring presence in office locations in Helsinki, Warsaw, or Madrid for three out of five working days.
