What You'll Do
Take full ownership of new free-to-play mobile games from concept through launch and beyond. Define clear roadmaps that align with strategic business goals and translate player insights into compelling product directions. Work hand-in-hand with engineering, design, and art teams to ensure technical feasibility and creative alignment.
Conduct customer research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and refine game concepts. Translate findings into actionable requirements and prioritize backlogs to guide development efficiently. Monitor key performance indicators such as retention, engagement, and acquisition to continuously improve live products.
Collaborate with marketing to shape go-to-market strategies, define target audiences, and craft messaging that resonates. Keep leadership informed with regular updates on progress, risks, and opportunities. Support team growth by mentoring others and contributing to agile rituals like sprint planning and retrospectives.
Requirements
- Minimum of three years’ experience in data-driven game product roles, preferably in mobile free-to-play
- Proven track record of optimizing games using player feedback and performance metrics
- Solid grasp of user-centered design and agile development practices
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives, especially with tech and creative teams
- Ability to define, track, and interpret KPIs relevant to game success
- Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills in English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience shipping a successful mobile free-to-play title
- Background in achieving product-market fit in emerging markets
- Degree or postgraduate qualification in business, technology, or product management
