Jerry.ai is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Emerging Products to own how we reimagine auto repair and maintenance. You'll bring consumer-grade clarity to critical moments for car owners, shaping how drivers discover, diagnose, and resolve car issues with a direct impact on user experience and business growth.

What You'll Do

Drive measurable gains in engagement and user onboarding across GarageGuard’s core offerings by crafting friction-free, polished experiences.
Ship 0→1 features to modernize auto care for the average driver.
Uncover key opportunities to increase trust through deep-dive analyses and a first-principles understanding of user behavior.
Thoughtfully employ the latest AI technology to make GarageGuard faster, clearer, and more helpful.
Map end-to-end journeys (from symptom triage to booking a shop) to identify moments of confusion, anxiety, or drop-off.
Conduct insightful user research, rapidly prototype with Design, and translate findings into elegant, shippable solutions; validate with A/B tests and usability studies.
Set a high UX quality bar (clarity, speed, consistency) and partner with Engineering and Design to instrument, measure, and iterate.

What We're Looking For

Proven consumer product manager with 5+ years in consumer tech delivering meaningful impact.
Experience partnering closely with Product Design/Research and shipping consumer-grade polish on mobile or web.
Creative problem-solver who thrives on ambiguity and tackles challenges head-on with innovative solutions.
Tenacious with a strong sense of ownership and drive, thriving in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
Customer-obsessed with product taste, demonstrating strong empathy for consumer needs and a refined sense for UI/UX craft.
Data-driven, with conviction; deeply analytical and decisive even with limited information.
Super organized, execution-focused; able to manage complex projects, collaborate with diverse teams, and consistently deliver results.
Detail-oriented and quality-minded, paying attention to errors, clarity, accessibility, and edge cases.

Nice to Have

Comfortable with rigorous analyses, developing insightful hypotheses, and validating their impact on key metrics.
Bonus points for experience navigating the world of a startup.
