EX Squared is hiring a Senior Product Manager to shape our product strategy for the auto industry. This role is part of the Research & Development team within our Product organization.
What You'll Do
- Define and drive the product vision and strategy for automotive industry solutions.
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to launch.
- Conduct market and user research to identify opportunities and validate product direction.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact products.
- Analyze product performance and iterate based on data and customer feedback.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on the auto industry.
- Strong background in product strategy, user research, and data-driven decision-making.
- Experience working within a Research & Development or similar innovation-focused environment.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex product roadmaps.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Work Mode
This is a remote position that requires the candidate to be located within Texas.
