Ethos is hiring a Product Manager

About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Manager to join TensorOps. In this role, you'll own the strategy and roadmap for a specific product area, transforming business goals into delivered value that enhances our corporate food platform. You'll translate customer needs and market opportunities into clear product requirements, prioritized backlogs, and measurable outcomes.

What You'll Do

  • Own strategy and roadmap for your product area by identifying and defining problems, prioritizing solutions, and driving measurable business outcomes from discovery through delivery and iteration.
  • Translate business objectives and customer pain points into clear problem statements, hypotheses, prioritized opportunities, and success metrics.
  • Plan and lead discovery through user interviews, data analysis, competitive research, and market insights. Synthesize findings into user stories and actionable product scope.
  • Write detailed product specs, user stories, and acceptance criteria with edge cases, business logic, data requirements, and success metrics to guide engineering implementation.
  • Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning for your product areas and make real-time prioritization decisions that balance scope, quality, and velocity.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Design and other stakeholders throughout the software development life cycle to validate implementation and ensure delivery meets requirements.
  • Define go-to-market strategies with Growth, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Plan rollouts, measure adoption, and iterate based on user feedback and performance data.
  • Monitor product performance post-launch through analytics dashboards, user feedback, and OKRs, and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Lead cross-functional squad meetings with clear agendas and outcomes and represent the Product perspective in company-wide planning.
  • Operate with ownership and urgency, balancing speed with rigor, advocating for users while driving business results.

What We're Looking For

  • 4–7+ years of product management experience shipping B2B SaaS, marketplace, or platform products at scale, including ownership of a core product area with measurable business impact.
  • Strong product strategy skills with ability to build multi-quarter roadmaps, prioritize ruthlessly based on data and customer insights, and articulate compelling product vision to diverse stakeholders.
  • Comfortable conducting user interviews, analyzing behavioral data, running experiments, and synthesizing insights into clear product requirements.
  • Deep collaboration with Engineering, Design and key stakeholders from discovery through delivery, making clear and pragmatic decisions on scope, trade-offs, and technical constraints with strong technical fluency.
  • Proficient in defining KPIs, collaborating on instrumentation and analytics, interpreting A/B test results, and iterating based on quantitative and qualitative feedback.
  • Expertise in agile methodologies and product development processes including sprint planning, backlog management, user story writing, and leading cross-functional squads.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, producing clear PRDs, concise stakeholder updates, and effective async collaboration.
  • High bias for action with ability to move fast and manage ambiguity while maintaining focus on long-term business outcomes.
  • Customer-centric approach that serves as the voice of the user, builds empathy across teams, and balances user needs with business constraints and technical feasibility.
  • Strong leadership and influence skills that enable leading without authority, giving and receiving feedback constructively, and elevating product thinking.

Team & Environment

You will partner closely with Engineering, Design, Growth, and Data teams and lead cross-functional squads.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Salary range: $125k - $150k per year + equity.
  • Multiple health insurance options.
  • Equity included in total compensation package.
  • Daily meal stipend.
