About the Role

HR Force International is looking for a Product Owner to lead product strategy and execution for our RegTech and Identity Verification platform. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering innovative solutions that address critical compliance, KYC/AML, and fraud prevention needs for our enterprise clients.

What You'll Do

Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery through to delivery.
Translate client compliance requirements for AML, KYC, KYB, and fraud detection into clear product features.
Prioritize roadmap initiatives based on customer value and business impact.
Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Sales teams to deliver high-quality products.
Monitor product adoption, performance, and client satisfaction.
Ensure all solutions align with current regulatory and industry standards.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of product management experience within SaaS, FinTech, or RegTech.
Strong understanding of compliance workflows, including AML, KYC, KYB, and fraud detection.
Proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade software solutions.
Direct experience working in agile product development environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience delivering high-quality frontend solutions in a fast-paced remote setup.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, React (or similar frameworks).
Deep understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and modern styling approaches (e.g., CSS-in-JS, Tailwind, SCSS).
Solid grasp of frontend performance optimization techniques.
Strong experience with API integration and asynchronous data handling.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
