Responsibilities
- Analyze product usage data to identify trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with product managers to define key performance indicators
- Develop dashboards and reports for ongoing product monitoring
- Translate business requirements into technical analysis plans
- Conduct A/B testing and interpret results for product optimization
- Present findings to stakeholders across departments
- Support roadmap planning with data-backed recommendations
- Identify data quality issues and work with engineering to resolve them
- Partner with data engineering to improve data infrastructure
- Use statistical methods to assess product performance
- Monitor user behavior patterns across digital platforms
- Assist in defining product success metrics
- Evaluate customer feedback for product improvement insights
- Create visualizations to communicate complex data clearly
- Perform cohort and funnel analysis to track user engagement
- Contribute to product documentation and post-launch reviews
- Work closely with UX researchers to validate design choices
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of analytics tools and methodologies
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies
- Support ad hoc analytical requests from leadership
