What You'll Do
Extract, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to uncover patterns and inform strategic decisions across the product lifecycle. You'll translate raw data into meaningful reports and dashboards that guide product, marketing, and customer success teams.
Partner with engineering and data teams to strengthen data infrastructure, ensuring accuracy and scalability in reporting systems. You'll help refine data models and support the ongoing development of our data warehouse and marts.
Deliver tailored analytics solutions for business clients, offering insights that improve their operations and outcomes. You'll also assist in rolling out analytics projects from scoping to delivery, maintaining quality and timeliness.
Work closely with product and finance teams to assess performance, identify growth opportunities, and support revenue optimization. You'll use A/B testing results, user behavior data, and financial metrics to guide decision-making.
Explore and apply generative AI and large language models to automate analysis, speed up insight generation, and enhance internal reporting. You'll share findings and best practices within the analytics community at the company, helping to advance how we use data and tools.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience analyzing large, semi-structured datasets in a SaaS environment
- Proven ability to write efficient SQL queries on complex data systems
- Hands-on experience with web and mobile analytics platforms such as MixPanel, Amplitude, or Google Analytics
- Familiarity with data visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or Google Data Studio
- Experience working with analytical or transactional databases including Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery, Postgres, or MySQL
- Track record of using AI or LLMs to improve data workflows or reporting
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly to non-technical audiences
- Understanding of the product development cycle and how data supports prioritization and iteration
- Ability to manage multiple projects with guidance and adapt to shifting priorities
