Join a forward-thinking fintech team as a Senior Strategy Analyst focused on optimizing seller activation. You'll take full ownership of the data ecosystem, from source systems to actionable insights, ensuring data integrity and strategic clarity across the seller journey.
What You’ll Do
- Develop quantitative models to assess business opportunities, challenge assumptions, and guide strategic investment
- Manage end-to-end data flow from CRM platforms to warehouse and visualization layers
- Design and maintain scalable data models that make seller performance measurable and actionable
- Investigate activation bottlenecks, churn signals, and performance trends within the seller base
- Evaluate the real-world impact of product features through rigorous measurement frameworks
- Translate complex findings into clear, decision-ready insights for business leaders
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Account Management to align data strategy with operational goals
What We’re Looking For
- At least three years of analytical experience in B2B environments, supporting product, sales, or customer growth functions
- Strong command of SQL and experience with data modeling and database management
- Proven ability to work across the full data stack, from extraction to visualization
- Experience with tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI for reporting and dashboards
- Skill in distilling ambiguous problems into structured analyses
- Ability to communicate technical results clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- A curious mindset focused on identifying, dissecting, and solving complex business challenges
- Commitment to data accuracy, quality, and responsible use of modern tools—including AI—to improve speed and rigor
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with dbt for data transformation workflows
- Hands-on work with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake
- Experience using Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar product analytics platforms
- Background in CRM systems like Hubspot or Salesforce
- Statistical knowledge and experience designing or analyzing A/B tests
