What You'll Do
Collaborate with product, engineering, and research teams to identify high-impact challenges and opportunities across a multi-service platform. Use data to guide strategic decisions, refine product development, and improve marketplace performance in cities across seven countries.
Design and test hypotheses using statistical modeling, machine learning, and rigorous analytical methods. Help establish a culture of experimentation by building systems that support continuous learning and data-informed iteration.
Ensure data quality and availability by working closely with engineering teams. Translate complex findings into clear insights that help teams set goals, track progress, and prioritize initiatives.
Requirements
- Hold a degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field, or have equivalent real-world experience
- Have at least two years of experience applying data science or analytics in a product or business setting
- Demonstrate proficiency with SQL, Python, or R for querying, analyzing, and modeling data
- Bring strong analytical reasoning and the ability to connect data patterns to business outcomes
