What You'll Do
- Own end-to-end service analytics, driving improvements in reporting infrastructure and insight delivery.
- Enhance existing dashboards and metrics, ensuring they scale with evolving business needs.
- Respond to analytical requests related to product behavior, campaign ROI, and user acquisition.
- Collaborate with product and growth teams to build and maintain attribution models and performance tracking.
- Champion data quality, consistency, and clear documentation across key reports.
- Present findings and strategic recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years in data or product analytics within a product-driven environment.
- Proven experience using SQL in production settings for data extraction and analysis.
- Track record of supporting product and marketing teams with actionable insights.
- Strong grasp of core KPIs in product, growth, and digital marketing contexts.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
