About the Role
This position combines pre-sales engineering and post-sales technical support to help enterprise clients evaluate, adopt, and fully utilize the platform. The role involves deep technical engagement from initial assessment through deployment and optimization.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand client requirements and propose technical solutions
- Deliver product demonstrations tailored to enterprise use cases
- Assist in scoping and designing system integrations during the sales cycle
- Support onboarding and implementation for new enterprise customers
- Troubleshoot technical issues during proof-of-concept phases
- Translate business needs into technical configurations
- Provide expertise on API integrations and data architecture
- Work with customer IT and engineering teams during deployment
- Document technical workflows and solution designs
- Advocate for customer needs internally to influence product direction
- Assist in resolving complex post-sales technical challenges
- Conduct training sessions for customer teams
- Monitor adoption metrics and recommend optimization strategies
- Serve as a technical point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle
- Ensure successful handoff from sales to customer success teams
- Participate in RFP responses with technical details
- Evaluate security and compliance requirements for enterprise clients
- Support renewal and expansion discussions with technical insights
- Stay current with platform updates and new features
- Collaborate with product teams to clarify roadmap implications
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree in a technical or business discipline
- Experience in product analytics or digital optimization platforms
- Certifications in cloud platforms or enterprise software
- Background in B2B SaaS companies
- Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks
