Responsibilities
- Coordinate marketing tasks, timelines, and approvals across the team
- Prepare design-ready assets (resize, reformat, export, version control) using templates
- Maintain brand files, creative libraries, and campaign folders
- Support Google account provisioning and access setup for new employees
- Assist with social media and email marketing support (posting, scheduling, formatting)
- Track deliverables and update status reports for ongoing campaigns
- Provide general admin support (meeting notes, simple research, follow-ups)
