Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of commercial finance clients
- Deliver tailored financial solutions based on client needs
- Maintain regular communication with clients to assess evolving requirements
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure service excellence
- Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for expansion
- Resolve client issues promptly and efficiently
- Prepare and present financial proposals and reports
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards in all client interactions
- Drive renewal and upsell initiatives within existing accounts
- Act as primary point of contact for key client stakeholders
- Track and report on key account metrics and KPIs
- Support onboarding of new clients into financial programs
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products and market trends
- Participate in strategy sessions for client growth planning
- Conduct periodic business reviews with clients
- Escalate complex issues to senior management when required
- Ensure accurate documentation in client management systems
- Adhere to risk and credit policies during client engagements
- Provide feedback to product teams based on client insights
- Contribute to process improvements in account management workflows
- Support training initiatives for junior team members
- Maintain confidentiality of client financial information
- Stay aligned with company goals for client retention and satisfaction
- Attend client meetings and industry events as needed
- Promote a client-first culture within the team
