About the Role
This position involves working directly with high school and college students to strengthen their applications to competitive academic programs through personalized coaching and structured feedback.
Responsibilities
- Guide students through the application process for undergraduate and graduate programs
- Deliver tailored feedback on personal statements and essays
- Conduct mock interviews to prepare candidates for admissions panels
- Assist in identifying suitable academic programs based on student goals
- Review transcripts and academic records to assess strengths
- Help students build timelines for application milestones
- Provide insights on extracurricular strategy and leadership development
- Support clients in refining resumes and CVs
- Collaborate with internal teams to align coaching strategies
- Track student progress using digital tools and reporting systems
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and scheduling needs
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
- Stay updated on admissions trends at leading institutions
- Attend training sessions to improve coaching techniques
- Contribute to the development of application resources and templates
- Participate in quality assurance reviews of coaching sessions
- Adapt communication style to suit diverse student backgrounds
- Encourage students to articulate their unique perspectives
- Monitor deadlines and ensure timely submission of materials
