mammaly is looking for a (Senior) Performance Marketing Manager - Paid Social (all genders) to join our ambitious acquisition team. You will own the independent scaling of our Meta campaigns, driving profitable new customer acquisition through deep funnel analysis and the development of high-performing direct-response strategies.
What You'll Do
- Independently scale Meta campaigns with a clear focus on profitable new customer acquisition.
- Analyze the entire funnel from first ad click to checkout, identifying concrete levers for optimization.
- Develop and optimize scalable direct-response funnels with a strong focus on long-form formats like VSLs.
- Strategically advance our creative strategy beyond static ads and UGC with an eye on the future of D2C performance.
- Collaborate closely with Direct Response Copy, Creative Strategy, and CRO to test performance hypotheses quickly and iteratively.
- Build and develop a structured creative testing framework.
- Make data-driven decisions based on CAC, LTV, and funnel metrics.
- Conduct continuous market, competitor, and US research to identify performance trends early.
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience in Paid Social Advertising (Meta).
- At least 2 years of experience in e-commerce, ideally in supplements, beauty, or cosmetics.
- Solid understanding of direct response marketing and performance funnels.
- You don't just analyze numbers, you derive concrete hypotheses and tests from them.
- You know static ads and UGC are important, but recognize long-form formats like VSLs are shaping D2C's future.
- Experience in conceiving or strategically co-developing performance creatives.
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working.
- Fluent in German and English.
Nice to Have
- Experience with long-form/VSL funnels.
- Background with subscription models or high AOV products.
- Experience with Figma, Canva, or other creative tools.
- TikTok Paid Advertising experience.
