About the Role
This position leads partner engagement strategies to expand market reach and accelerate sales through indirect channels. The individual will manage key relationships, drive performance, and enable partners to successfully sell and deliver solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of partner sales strategies to meet revenue targets
- Manage and grow relationships with high-value channel partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to align partner activities with regional sales objectives
- Monitor partner performance using key metrics and adjust strategies as needed
- Drive onboarding and enablement programs for new partners
- Identify expansion opportunities within existing partner networks
- Coordinate joint go-to-market initiatives with strategic partners
- Serve as primary point of contact for partner escalations and issue resolution
- Track and report on partner-generated revenue and pipeline health
- Support partner certification and technical readiness initiatives
- Facilitate regular business reviews with partner leadership
- Ensure compliance with partner program requirements and agreements
- Gather market intelligence from partners to inform product and sales strategies
- Advocate for partner needs internally to improve support and resources
- Mentor junior account management staff when applicable
- Represent the organization at industry events and partner conferences
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems for all partner interactions
- Align partner goals with overall business development priorities
- Drive adoption of new offerings through targeted partner campaigns
- Evaluate partner feedback to enhance program effectiveness
- Promote best practices in partner-led customer engagement
- Ensure consistent messaging across the partner ecosystem
- Support partner-led marketing and lead generation activities
- Work cross-functionally to resolve technical or operational roadblocks
- Contribute to long-term partner strategy and program evolution
