Lola Blankets is looking for a Senior Online Marketing Manager to own performance marketing with a focus on Meta and LinkedIn Ads. You will be responsible for building scalable marketing funnels and generating qualified leads and customers from reach. This role sits at the intersection of creative execution and data-driven growth for a 11-50 person company.
What You'll Do
- Launch new funnels and ads via advertising manager and ensure they perform correctly.
- Build high-converting landing pages.
- Organize ad shoots and contribute ideas for creative concepts.
- Set up smart automations via Make or Zapier to ensure smooth backend operations.
- Scale campaigns effectively through media buying.
- Take responsibility for large projects, maintain oversight, and coordinate with the team.
- Plan online events that create reach and generate leads.
- Develop new retargeting and ad strategies that deliver results.
- Manage tracking and maintain tables that provide real insights.
- Contribute to YouTube, website relaunch, video projects, and email marketing.
- Implement and optimize recruiting funnels and social recruiting.
What We're Looking For
- At least 4 years of experience in online marketing with a focus on Meta/LinkedIn.
- Experience in media buying and performance marketing (Meta).
- Has built own funnels and has copywriting knowledge.
- Good technical understanding of tools like landing page builders, webinar software, or automation tools.
- Loves to drive projects independently.
- Has a feel for good ad creatives and has implemented own ones (image & video).
