Lundbeck is hiring a Senior New Product Planning Manager to shape the future of our rare disease portfolio in China. This role is central to developing robust pre-launch strategies, conducting critical business analysis, and ensuring our global plans meet local market needs.
What You'll Do
- Support the development and execution of comprehensive pre-launch strategies for key rare disease assets.
- Develop data generation plans to support evidence-based decisions.
- Conduct patient journey mapping to inform early commercial shaping.
- Perform commercial assessments of target assets (e.g., Bexi, Amlenetug), developing business cases that include market understanding, pricing strategy, revenue forecast, and P&L.
- Collaborate closely with the global NPP team to influence portfolio decisions and ensure China’s market needs are reflected in global development plans.
- Conduct strategic and financial analysis to guide business development decisions, including in-licensing pipeline opportunities, commercial co-promotion, and international collaborations.
- Screen and assess external opportunities that align with Lundbeck China’s strategic priorities and growth ambitions.
- Track competitors, collecting relevant intelligence from external and internal sources and providing updates on key product areas for marketed and pipeline products.
- Proactively execute market and product analyses on all promoted brands to provide current market status and identify new market insights.
- Identify and evaluate market opportunities and revenue potential for Lundbeck China's future growth.
- Support ad hoc projects.
What We're Looking For
- A Master’s degree in Medical, Pharmacy, Business, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant pharmaceutical industry experience in New Product Planning, Business Development, or Portfolio Strategy.
- Alternatively, 3+ years of management consulting experience with relevant projects in the pharmaceutical industry.
Nice to Have
- Experience with rare disease assets.
