Phiture is looking for a Senior Mobile Growth Consultant – ASO & CRO to join our team. You will report directly to the Growth Lead and play a pivotal role advising key U.S.-based clients. Your work will drive measurable growth through app store optimization and the entire user acquisition funnel.
What You'll Do
- Oversee day-to-day operations within your pod to ensure projects stay on track.
- Drive scalable growth across markets and languages with data-driven experimentation.
- Provide senior-level guidance and tailored strategies for key ASO accounts.
- Apply testing methodologies to boost app performance, blending ASO expertise with CRO best practices.
- Lead keyword optimization to help apps shine in crowded app stores.
- Run creative testing to craft store assets that stand out.
- Coach Growth Managers, fostering analytical thinking and curiosity.
- Use deep knowledge of user behavior, app store dynamics, and growth experimentation to optimize client outcomes.
- Help build Phiture’s reputation as a go-to authority in mobile growth and ASO.
- Ensure top-quality service delivery and consistently strong results.
- Integrate the latest best practices in CRO, performance marketing, and ASO.
- Own the handoff between EU and US teams, ensuring seamless communication and continuity.
- Act as the main point of contact for American clients and coordinate with EU teammates.
- Balance several client projects while keeping workstreams aligned and on schedule.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years in ASO or related fields like CRO or experiment-driven mobile growth.
- Deep understanding of mobile marketing and performance marketing principles.
- A strategic mindset with hands-on experience in experimentation and user-behavior analysis.
- Data-driven decision maker with excellent research and critical thinking skills.
- Natural curiosity and adaptability, eager to deepen ASO expertise if needed.
- Strong client-management experience, preferably within an agency setting.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working fully remote with distributed teams.
- Comfort coordinating across North America–Europe time zones.
- Solid project management and prioritization skills, thriving under multiple deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and make clear decisions in fast-changing environments.
Nice to Have
- Apple Search Ads experience or any CAC:LTV-based performance marketing.
- Familiarity with complementary growth disciplines such as lifecycle marketing or funnel optimization.
- Familiarity with A/B testing tools or experimentation platforms like Optimizely, Google Optimize, Hotjar, or VWO.
