GetYourGuide is looking for a Senior MLOps Engineer to join our AI Platform Team. You will enable ML/AI algorithms to go to production, designing systems for scalable machine learning solutions and partnering with product teams.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement systems and tools for scalable and more efficient machine learning solutions.
- Increase the amount of data products in production reliably, reduce the time to production, and reduce operational costs.
- Partner and collaborate with product teams to bring advanced algorithms into production, following MLOps best practices.
What We're Looking For
- Strong fundamentals in Computer Science and a polyglot mindset.
- Python is your language of choice; you are able to migrate between various programming languages.
- Experience in organizing and querying data at scale with tools like Spark.
- Proficient in applying MLOps best practices at scale.
- Ability to prioritize and manage stakeholders, with good communication and collaboration skills.
- Experienced in operating at scale with a cloud DevOps and infrastructure mindset.
- Autonomous, proactive, and customer-oriented mindset.
- Strong belief in teamwork; you find mentoring and sharing knowledge fulfilling.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in scale-up environments with various technologies.
- Interest in LLMs and the new challenges of Generative AI.
