What You'll Do
Design and implement resilient, scalable infrastructure to support a rapidly evolving product ecosystem. Partner with engineering teams to ensure systems are robust, performant, and adaptable to changing demands. Champion automation, infrastructure-as-code, and operational best practices across the organization. Play a key role in maintaining system uptime and reliability while contributing to long-term architectural strategy.
Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in AWS infrastructure management and cloud architecture
- Hands-on experience with container orchestration platforms such as EKS and ECS
- Proficiency with Terraform; familiarity with CloudFormation is a plus
- Strong grasp of secure, scalable cloud design patterns
- Scripting experience in Python, Node.js, Golang, or Bash
- Operational knowledge of PostgreSQL, Redis, and MySQL
- Experience using Git for version control
- Familiarity with on-call rotations and incident response tools like PagerDuty
- Fluent English communication, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a strong sense of ownership
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or GitHub Actions
- Exposure to multi-cloud environments including Azure or GCP
- Passion for automation, coding, and delivering features that enhance system reliability

This role is based at the Swiss headquarters in Mendrisio, with hybrid remote flexibility. The position is accessible from nearby cities including Milan, Como, Varese, and Lugano.
