What You'll Do
Design and implement infrastructure platforms that support both cloud-hosted and on-premises deployments, ensuring consistency, security, and scalability. You'll develop automated solutions for provisioning, upgrading, and managing environments across AWS, Azure, and GCP using Kubernetes, Helm, and Terraform.
Build and refine CI/CD workflows to improve deployment speed and reliability across development, staging, and production systems. Create internal tools that streamline infrastructure management and enhance developer productivity. Integrate monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to maintain system health and respond to incidents efficiently.
Collaborate with engineering and product teams to shape the evolution of our platform architecture, focusing on resilience, performance, and operational simplicity in distributed environments.
Requirements
- BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 8+ years of direct experience in infrastructure, platform, or DevOps roles with exposure to multi-cloud operations
- Proven ability to solve complex scalability and reliability challenges
- Experience working in fast-moving, high-growth environments with distributed teams across time zones
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building deployment systems for air-gapped or secure on-prem installations
- Strong working knowledge of Kubernetes, Terraform, and Helm
- Skill with automation tools such as Ansible, ArgoCD, or Flux
- Familiarity with service mesh technologies like Istio or Envoy
- Hands-on experience with observability stacks including Prometheus, Grafana, or Signoz
- Background in ML Ops or data-intensive infrastructure
- Proficiency in Python or Go for writing automation and tooling
- Exposure to private cloud or disconnected deployment scenarios
