Oasis Health Partners is hiring a Senior Manager of Product to own and evolve the critical platforms and internal tooling that power our value-based care model. This role focuses on data and analytics products, and the development of internal tooling.
What You'll Do
- Create product vision, roadmap, and prioritization for assigned areas such as point-of-care tooling and patient engagement.
- Define success metrics and measure product performance.
- Lead end-to-end implementations for new tools or major enhancements, inclusive of testing and QA.
- Design and evolve implementation playbooks, governance models, and operating rhythms to support scale.
- Drive vendor accountability and performance management.
- Serve as point of escalation for implementation issues, including vendor performance, platform limitations, and cross-functional dependencies.
- Partner closely with operations, engineering, and executive stakeholders.
- Provide executive-level updates, risk assessments, and clear recommendations.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience creating product vision, roadmaps, and leading prioritization for data, analytics, or internal tooling products.
- Strong background in defining measurable success metrics and tracking product performance.
- Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end implementations, including testing and QA.
- Experience designing scalable implementation playbooks, governance models, and operating rhythms.
- Skill in managing vendor accountability and performance.
- Ability to serve as an escalation point for complex implementation and cross-functional issues.
- Excellent stakeholder partnership skills with operations, engineering, and leadership.
- Strong executive communication skills for updates, risk assessment, and recommendations.
