Shape the future of logistics in live commerce as a Senior Manager of Strategy & Operations. You'll design and implement the operating model that powers reliable, scalable shipping across all markets, ensuring a seamless experience for buyers and sellers as the business grows into new geographies and product categories.
What You’ll Do
- Define and evolve the logistics operating model to support long-term scalability and service quality
- Oversee carrier performance and pricing, tracking key health metrics and managing contractual and operational relationships with external partners
- Lead incident response during shipping disruptions, creating repeatable processes and playbooks for rapid resolution
- Translate frontline operational challenges into actionable inputs for product and engineering teams
- Evaluate carrier network coverage, identify gaps, and recommend strategic adjustments as the business scales
- Collaborate with Business Development, Finance, Product, and Operations to deliver data-backed insights that guide decision-making
What We’re Looking For
- 8–10 years of experience in strategy, operations, supply chain, or consulting roles
- Proven ability to build and execute operational strategies that scale with growth
- Hands-on experience with multi-market logistics networks and carrier management
- Skill in diagnosing inefficiencies and designing systemic, repeatable solutions
- Strong analytical foundation with experience using SQL, Looker, Sigma, or Hex
- Ability to communicate clearly and influence stakeholders across functions and seniority levels
- Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where processes are still being defined
Work Environment
This is a hybrid position based in one of our key hubs—New York, San Francisco, Phoenix, or Los Angeles. Candidates must be located within commuting distance to one of these locations. You’ll work closely with a co-located team while having flexibility to work remotely when needed.
