Shape the partner experience from day one. As our first Account Manager, you’ll be central to how partners engage with our platform. You’ll guide accounts through every phase—onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion—ensuring smooth operations and strong relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the primary contact for partner accounts, managing requests, resolving issues, and aligning internal teams to keep programs running smoothly.
- Work closely with product, engineering, coaching operations, and sales to advocate for partner needs and improve the overall experience.
- Create tailored initiatives that boost engagement, show measurable impact, and set our coaching programs apart.
- Track account health using key metrics—like satisfaction, utilization, and engagement—and build systems that support long-term success.
- Reach out proactively to partners, members, and coaches to remove obstacles and increase participation.
- Develop clear, scalable documentation for both partners and internal teams to ensure consistency as we grow.
- Spot opportunities to expand existing partnerships and work with success teams to close those opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–3 years in customer success, account management, or client services at a B2B SaaS or tech company.
- Experience managing client relationships in fast-moving environments, including leading onboarding, renewals, and stakeholder calls.
- Strong organizational and project management skills—you can build programs from the ground up.
- Comfort using data to track performance, create dashboards, and communicate insights clearly.
Nice to Have
- Background working with HR, learning & development, or people operations teams.
- Based in a region where many partners are located—like San Francisco, Los Angeles, or New York.
