Role Overview
As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead high-impact implementation projects for government clients, ensuring seamless adoption of digital solutions. You’ll act as the central point of contact throughout the project lifecycle, working closely with agencies to understand their goals, align implementation plans, and drive measurable outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end delivery of large-scale customer projects, managing timelines, resources, and stakeholder expectations.
- Advise clients on optimizing their digital processes, with attention to user experience across different roles and departments.
- Monitor project progress against milestones, budgets, and performance metrics, delivering clear reporting to internal leadership.
- Develop detailed project plans and maintain comprehensive documentation, including status updates and risk assessments.
- Proactively identify implementation challenges and recommend mitigation strategies early in the process.
- Assess existing business workflows to anticipate needs, uncover improvements, and tailor solutions to client objectives.
- Support product adoption by aligning implementation strategies with customer goals, particularly for the AMANDA platform.
- Engage in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning and retrospectives, contributing insights to improve team delivery.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure coordinated support and successful project execution.
Qualifications
- At least five years of experience managing projects or programs, ideally in client-facing technology environments.
- Strong communication skills with a history of building trust and managing relationships across diverse stakeholders.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple initiatives, set priorities, and meet critical deadlines.
- Skilled in analyzing data and identifying trends to inform decisions and enhance project outcomes.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies, tools, and industry best practices.
- Capable of working both independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
- Experienced in resolving conflicts and influencing outcomes at all organizational levels.
