As a Senior Manager of Product Specialists at Zscaler, you will be the pivotal technical leader for our Zero Trust Branch offering. Reporting to the Director of Product Specialists for ZT Branch, you will own the technical sales motion, aligning our security solutions with complex client needs and scaling processes for high-impact wins.
What You'll Do
- Recruit, mentor, and build a world-class team of product professionals.
- Collaborate with sales leadership and clients to develop and execute winning account-level strategies.
- Refine and scale core sales engineering processes for consistency and high performance.
- Act as a key technical leader and executive sponsor for strategic customers and partners.
- Drive the technical strategy that aligns our solutions with enterprise business needs.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Technology, a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- 10+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or Solutions Architecture.
- 4+ years of experience directly leading and managing technical teams.
- Proven experience selling network security technologies like SD-WAN, routing protocols, SWG, firewalls, VPNs, DLP, and end-user monitoring.
Nice to Have
- Industry Certifications: CCNP, JNCIP, PCNSA, CISSP, or CCSP.
- A leadership style that balances high-level strategy with hands-on involvement for strategic wins.
- Deep understanding of complex, multi-year sales cycles and expertise in value-based storytelling.
