The Senior Manager of Product Specialists for the Zero Trust Branch offering will lead a high-performing technical team, drive strategic sales execution, and align innovative security solutions with enterprise client needs. This role reports to the Director of Product Specialists for ZT Branch and is essential in scaling technical sales operations and building executive-level relationships.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, mentor, and develop top-tier product specialists, promoting a culture of excellence and ongoing professional growth.
- Partner with sales leaders and clients to design and implement effective strategies at both segment and account levels, leading the technical sales process from initiation to closure.
- Enhance and expand core sales engineering practices to ensure consistent, efficient, and high-performing outcomes across the region.
- Serve as a principal technical advisor and executive liaison for key customers and partners, representing the organization at industry events, forums, and executive briefings.
- Shape the technical direction that connects advanced solutions with the complex business requirements of enterprise clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Technology, a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Over 10 years of experience in Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or Solutions Architecture roles.
- Minimum of 4 years managing technical teams directly.
- Demonstrated experience selling network security technologies including SD-WAN, routing protocols, Secure Web Gateway (SWG), proxies, firewalls, SSL/IPsec, VPNs, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and end-user monitoring.

- Holding industry certifications such as CCNP, JNCIP, PCNSA, CISSP, or CCSP.

Compensation
