In this role, you'll partner with leadership and teams across sales, marketing, finance, and product to refine processes, enhance reporting, and support scalable business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting systems that track performance, identify trends, and guide action for global Restaurant Sales and Services and Marketing teams
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across platforms, aligning metrics across departments to establish a unified view of business performance
- Conduct in-depth analysis to uncover inefficiencies, opportunities, and patterns, then deliver findings to audiences from field teams to executives
- Collaborate with stakeholders to collect feedback, prioritize system improvements, and lead process optimization initiatives
- Design and manage financial models, forecasts, and scenario planning tools to support strategic planning and operational goals
- Enhance Salesforce.com workflows and data integrity, ensuring the platform supports evolving sales strategies and operational needs
- Advise on revenue operations frameworks including sales goaling, territory design, commission structures, and incentive programs
- Translate technical findings into clear business recommendations, bridging data and decision-making across functions
Qualifications & Experience
You bring a strong foundation in analytics and operations, with a proven ability to lead through data. You’re fluent in both technical tools and business communication, able to navigate complex systems and simplify insights for diverse audiences.
- 8+ years of experience in analytics, revenue operations, or a related field
- Proficiency in SQL, Salesforce, Excel, Google Sheets, and reporting platforms such as Preset
- Advanced skills in data modeling, financial forecasting, and dashboard development
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional collaboration and project leadership
- Strong understanding of sales operations, including territory management, incentive plans, and performance tracking
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to senior leaders
- Degree-holding professional with a background in finance, analytics, or a quantitative field
Work Environment
This role supports a global team with flexible scheduling to accommodate international collaboration. You may work remotely up to 20 days per year, balancing asynchronous communication with core hours for cross-regional alignment.
