Lead and shape a national recruiting team focused on dermatology, guiding recruiters to meet organizational hiring targets while fostering professional growth. You'll oversee daily operations, refine sourcing pipelines, and deliver actionable insights to senior leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Directly manage, mentor, and grow a team of recruiters, aligning their performance with company-wide talent goals
- Take ownership of critical and complex searches for dermatologists and advanced practice providers (APPs), from initial outreach to offer acceptance
- Conduct proactive candidate sourcing through cold calling, email campaigns, and social platforms, targeting experienced practitioners in defined markets
- Build and execute innovative strategies to identify top-tier talent, maintaining strong engagement from first contact through placement
- Collaborate with clinical and operational leaders to understand hiring needs and ensure smooth integration of new providers
- Deliver regular reporting on team metrics, candidate flow, and market trends to inform strategic decisions
- Set the standard for responsiveness, professionalism, and urgency in all candidate and stakeholder interactions
Qualifications
- Proven success in physician or executive-level recruitment, ideally within healthcare or dermatology
- Experience leading and developing recruiting teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong history of achieving or surpassing hiring targets across multiple roles
- Hands-on expertise in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, engagement, and offer negotiation
- Skilled in cold outreach via phone, email, and digital platforms
- Excellent communication abilities with both internal partners and external candidates
- Ability to manage a high volume of concurrent searches, especially complex or time-sensitive roles
Preferred Background
- Prior experience recruiting for dermatologists or APPs
