Mondoo is hiring a Senior Manager, Service & Solutions Marketing to lead go-to-market content and messaging for our new Agentic Vulnerability Management Service. This senior individual contributor role will define the service narrative, translate our technical AI advantage into commercial service advantage, and drive customer lifetime value.
What You'll Do
- Partner with Leadership and Product Management to structure the 'Managed Service' offerings, defining 'Land' vs. 'Expand' packages.
- Craft the 'Agentic' narrative explaining why Mondoo's AI-led service is faster and more reliable than competitors' human-led services.
- Build 'sell-through' and 'sell-with' marketing capabilities for future MSP partners.
- Create sales enablement materials like pitch decks and case studies focused on selling outcomes, not tools.
What We're Looking For
- 7+ years in Product Marketing, Solutions Marketing, or Service Marketing within Cybersecurity.
- Specific experience with Managed Services: marketed a managed security service or managed marketing for an MSP channel program.
- Based in the UK (Remote).
Team & Environment
This is a senior individual contributor role on a marketing team of 4, reporting to the Marketing Director. While there are no people management responsibilities, there is significant strategic influence.
